Executive Coaching

Outcome: Rapid and noticeable improved business performance.

Three Stage Process:

  1. Evaluation and Customization: Identify current skill level against expected outcomes required.

  2. Coaching: Customized TIP™ (Technical Improvement Program) divided into 5 – 10 separate training and coaching modules, each focused on a specific skill set identified for enhancement.

  3. Periodic Milestone Evaluation: Conducted upon the conclusion of each module and overseen for expertise input & quality control by Louws principle executive coach and founder of Louws, Toni Louw.

Format: One-on-one coaching lasting between 8 – 16 collective hours.

Hours are delivered in slots of between 1 – 4 hours. (in-person or virtually)

Early on, the periods are longer and as improvement is observed, periods are progressively reduced.
