Outcome: To guide people to think independently in order to decide collectively.

Skills Taught:

  1. Role - clarity of role and its techniques to guide, encourage and elicit open dialogue.

  2. Challenges- tools to address group friction and malcontent. The monopolizers, cynics and malcontents.

  3. Communications - specific speaking and listening skills that elicit trust, dialogue and composure.

  4. Engagement – group involvement and participation tools and skills.

  5. Hosting - 3 skill sets that encourage a leadership stature and a group’s willingness to be lead.

  6. Motivation - practicing the styles and traits of impartiality, temperateness and affirmation.

  7. Preparation - knowing the answer before asking the question.

  8. Listening - the difference between what’s said and intent.

  9. Parameters - knowing what to allow, answer and let groups get away with.
