This performance is to be demonstrated by a student’s ability to Captivate, Convince and Inspire, be it giving a presentation, pitching business or coming up with innovative strategy for the company.
Teaching for Application. Curriculums all follow this sequence. 1) Learn the skills. 2) Experience them being applied. 3) Apply them 4) Repeat.
Relevance. Before all training commences, we create bespoke examples in conjunction with you, to be utilized by students in their application of the skills they learn.
Living is learning. All of us at Louws have personally experienced, tested and practiced, with a multitude of training tools and techniques, in live situations, dispensing with those that do not consistently and universally improve performance.
Compromise is not tolerated. To achieve these standards and be awarded the title of a Louws Executive Coach, all must complete one of the industry’s most rigorous and intensive 18 – 24 month internships.
